After nearly 30 years of providing resort-style retirement living to the residents of Brevard County, Buena Vida is a well-known community partner.

Our philosophy, to provide “The Good Life” to Brevard’s seniors, extends beyond our residents to the community in which we serve. Within the community, we strive to be good neighbors, use responsible business practices, maintain ethical relationships and build good relations, and whenever possible, share our resources and expertise. Our staff are encouraged to share their skills and knowledge with local groups through speaking engagements, workshops, and other educational programs, in an effort to educate people about the aging process. We are committed to supporting and furthering the efforts of many of Brevard’s senior services and strive to provide safe and worry-free retirement living.

One example of this is the newly developed Lifelong Institute for Education (L.I.F.E) program at Buena Vida which offers lifelong learning opportunities not only to Buena Vida residents, but to active seniors in Brevard County as well. To learn more about L.I.F.E, click here.

Spearheaded by Dan Carter of ITG Holdings Inc. and major bondholder of Buena Vida Estates, and Buena Vida’s volunteer local Board of Directors comprised of Brevard County community leaders, Buena Vida management is committed to a philosophy of wellness and treats the residents and staff like family. As a testament to Dan Carter’s appreciation and commitment to the community, Dan’s mother, Mary Carter, lives at Buena Vida and is an ardent resident advocate!
